doppel has been shown to reduce stress and increase focus. Its natural effect works within moments.
The free doppel app is designed to work with the doppel wristband - available at https://feeldoppel.com
Choose your state of mind
doppel works by creating a silent vibration on the inside of your wrist which feels just like the ‘lub-dub’ of a heartbeat. Slower rhythms are calming, and faster rhythms make you feel more alert and focused - like music. Use it to stay calm under pressure, focus on the task ahead of you, and keep going when you need to.
About the app
Once you have downloaded the app, follow the setup sequence to connect to your doppel and begin creating your own, personalised rhythms. The app comes with pairs of preset rhythms (one low and one high) but these need to be personalised to you. Follow the steps to take your resting heart rate so that the app can suggest rhythms based on your physiology.
Take time to find rhythms that work for you and try them out in different situations. Save your favourites on the app.
About doppel
- A natural, psychological effect: Although doppel feels like a heartbeat, your heart rate won’t match doppel’s rhythm. It’s a natural, psychological effect.
- Independently tested: doppel has been independently tested and proven to significantly reduce stress and increase focus.
- No monitoring, no notifications: doppel doesn’t monitor, count steps, or send notifications. Use it to feel calm and focused, anytime and anywhere.

"I am astonished to find that I really do start to feel more alert and focused." – Daily Mail
"It’s refreshing in a sea of health and wellbeing wearables which monitor your stats, spit out data and offer little by way of lifestyle suggestions." – Wareable
